When PQI Smart i-Charger PD 41W is charging via its PD Type-C connector, the other two USB ports can also be used to charge other devices. However, please note that when one of the two USB ports is charging a device, the other USB port can only provide 5V/ 1A power so it will not be able to charge devices such as Apple iPad.
