Question  
What do I do when PQI iConnect mini is not recognized by PQI iConnect APP?
 
Answer  
1. Please connect your iConnect mini into the USB port of your Windows NB/ PC.
2. Please use iConnect mini_FW UpdateTool to update the firmware.
3. Once the firmware has been updated, please try connecting PQI iConnect APP to your
PQI iConnect mini.
Firmware update procedure:
Please click here to download the firmware update tool to update your iConnect mini to the
latest firmware version.
Please refer to the following procedure (must be executed under Windows environment)
(1) Plug your iConnect mini into the USB port of the Windows NB/ PC.
(2) Right click, select “Run as administrator” and execute the “iConnect mini_FW Update Tool”
(3) Select “Update”
(4) Wait for the prompt “Successfully updated” and click on “OK” to complete the firmware
update process.
* Note:
Before you proceed with the firmware update procedure, please backup your data stored in iConnect mini.
